Delivery

Currently I am only able to post orders on Saturdays. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate. All orders from the online shop are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. I currently do not ship outside of the UK for shop orders.

All bespoke portraits are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK). Postage outside of UK is priced according to international rates.

Refunds & Returns

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

If you wish to make a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required along with proof of postage. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
